A).   The entire body of the fish is covered with a heavy slime coat.

Eimeria

Ichthyobodo (Costia)

Ich (Ichthyophthirius)

E).  The fish were flashing and rubbing on objects in the pond during springtime, but did not have any visible signs of a disease.

Heteropolaria (Epistylis)
